The elevator won't come or won't open
Unstick the elevator
- Press the call button again and wait a bit: other players may be using it.
- Try another elevator on the same floor if there is one.
- If nothing works, log out in a bed or in your hab: it's the only reliable way to come back in the same place.
The tram / shuttle isn't coming
Catch public transport
- Check that you're on the right platform (direction shown on the signs).
- Wait for the next one: sometimes they're far apart.
- If the train is stuck, reconnecting often fixes it.
