Eat and drink
- Buy food and drinks at a shop or vending machine.
- Equip them and consume them from your inventory.
- Keep a few rations in your ship for long sessions.
Copilot's noteIf they get too low, hunger and thirst cost you health, then make you pass out, and can kill you. Take your helmet off to eat or drink.
I'm injured and can't move properly
Heal up
- A medpen stabilizes you (health, bleeding) but doesn't heal the injury: you'll need a medical bed.
- For serious injuries, go to a medical center or a ship med bed.
- Avoid running and jumping while you're injured.
