In an elevator
Unstick an elevator
- Select another floor, then the right one.
- Step out of the elevator if it opens, wait a few seconds and call it again.
- Try another elevator in the same building if there is one.
- Last resort: respawn (see "Stuck in the scenery").
In a seat / I can't get out of the ship
Get out of a stuck seat
- Press the exit seat key several times, waiting until the ship has fully stopped.
- Land the ship, shut down the engines and try again.
- Check that no animation is still playing (helmet, gear).
- Last resort: respawn. Careful: in a pilot seat, that key can trigger the ship's self-destruct.

In the scenery / under the floor
Get unstuck from the scenery
- Try jumping, crouching or going prone to wriggle free.
- Last resort: the respawn key (suicide, hold it down).
- You respawn at your respawn point. The gear you were wearing stays on your body.
