My ship won't spawn
Star Citizen changes with every patch: double-check in game.

Available / stored, but it won't spawn
Get it to spawn
- Make sure you're at the right spaceport or station.
- Retrieve the ship again at the ASOP terminal and note the hangar or landing pad number shown.
- Wait a minute or two: spawning can take a while when the server is busy.
- Still nothing? Store the ship (if it shows as retrieved), then request it again.
- As a last resort, switch servers.
Copilot's noteThe hangar number also shows in the elevator: make sure you select the right destination.
Destroyed, or it needs to be "claimed"
File an insurance claim
- At the ASOP terminal, select the ship and start the claim.
- A timer appears, based on the ship's value. You can shorten it by paying aUEC (not skip it).
- Once the timer runs out, retrieve the ship as usual.
Copilot's noteSince 4.8, insurance only keeps your gear if you saved your loadout at the ASOP terminal (ship retrieved). Otherwise you get the stock model back. Cargo is lost.
It's stored at another location
Retrieve a ship stored elsewhere
- Go to the listed location to retrieve it, or have it delivered from the ASOP terminal if the option is offered.
- If you don't want to travel, a claim can sometimes respawn it near you.

I can't see it in the list at all
Ship missing from the list
- Make sure you picked the right universe / game version at launch.
- Rented or loaner ships expire: check the date in your mobiGlas.
- If it's a recently bought ship, log out completely and log back in.
