Out of fuel
Get out of a fuel shortage
- Turn off what you don't need to save what's left.
- Launch a rescue beacon from your mobiGlas: other players can come refuel or rescue you.
- If nobody comes, last resort: self-destruct sends you back to your regen point, then claim the ship back at an ASOP terminal.
Copilot's noteBefore every long trip, check both your quantum fuel AND your hydrogen fuel.
My ship is too damaged to fly

- If you're protected (suit, helmet), step out and assess the damage.
- Launch a rescue beacon or call your party.
- Otherwise, same as running out of fuel: self-destruct, then file an insurance claim (the ship comes back repaired, with stock equipment unless you saved your loadout at the ASOP).
I'm on foot, far from anything
Get yourself out on foot
- Find the nearest point of interest on the map (outpost, station) and walk there or call your party.
- Keep an eye on your oxygen, hunger and thirst.
- As a last resort, you can respawn at your regen point, but your gear stays on your body: you'll have to come back for it.
