Racing
You love pure flying, speed and beating your own lap time.
Player-driven role: Arena Commander offers risk-free races (Murray Cup Racing). In the universe, paid time trials used to exist (Wildstar Racing, added in 3.18), but they are reported unavailable since 4.0. Today, racing mostly relies on community-run events.

Mistakes to avoid
- Going full speed everywhere: you lose more time fixing a bad line
- Constantly switching ships or controls instead of mastering one setup
- Forgetting that a crash in the universe costs you an insurance claim (fee and wait)
Copilot's noteKeep the same settings and the same ship for several sessions in a row: consistency is what shaves off time.
