I can't get my refined ore

Be patient
- Refining takes real time, sometimes several hours depending on the method you picked.
- You can log out or do something else: the order keeps going.
- Check the progress at the terminal of the refinery where you started it.
It's done but I can't find it
Collect your order
- Go back to the refinery where you started the order: that's where the product is waiting.
- At the terminal, collect the finished order: it goes into the station's inventory.
- Then load it into your ship to go sell it.
